The Diversity Collaborative custom designs its Train-the-Trainer Training to:

• Select and prepare a team of internal trainers to conduct a Diversity Training Curriculum for other staff.
• Develop a curriculum that best accommodates the needs of a specific work environment
• Monitor, coach, and assist the performance of internal trainers
• Provide ongoing evaluations of internal training

Due to budget and time constraints, some larger organizations prefer to train an internal team to develop and conduct its own curriculum. This program helps the client assess the internal work environment and determine a suitable curriculum to inspire managers and employees. This training tends to be longer and more intensive so that each training team is better prepared to respond to spontaneous conflict that may emerge in a training setting.
